The Great Colorado Versus Texas Tomato War

At the last Tomato War event, we had 140 participants and 180 spectators.

We will need you to be set-up and ready to serve at 3 p.m. Most everyone will be gone by 6 p.m.
I recommend you do a limited menu of small, easy to eat items. You are encouraged to sell soft drinks, water, etc. (We will have a separate location for beer and bloody marys!) Also, we will provide tables, chairs and trash receptacles; but you will have to be self-contained, as we cannot provide power
